Meddling by USA via Taxpayer-Funded "Corporation"

Wasteful spending, corruption, bribes and pay-offs to corrupt foreign officials. Is this "to reduce poverty" or "to out-compete China" or to bribe people? When do Americans get to vote on taxing ourselves for an unaccountable slush fund?

President Biden Requests $937 million for MCC in FY25

March 11, 2024

The President’s Budget for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 includes a $937 million request for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to reduce poverty through inclusive economic growth in developing countries. The request, submitted to Congress on March 11, 2024, by the Biden-Harris Administration, also includes at least $200 million in mandatory appropriations from the International Infrastructure Fund—part of a broader proposal to out-compete China globally – and legislative changes that would redefine MCC’s candidate country pool to apply MCC’s impactful model in a broader range of places.

Millenium Challenge Corporation may be taxpayer funded organization which spends slush funds to bribe people and pay off people.

MCC is hiring for slush fund administrators. "Our model is defined by principles of selectivity, country ownership, transparency, and a focus on results."

USA Funded Gain Of Function Virus Which Killed Millions

The House of Representatives investigation by United States House Committee on Oversight and Accountability release their report and determined the Chinese lab in Wuhan was the most likely origin. The dangerous gain-of-function virus research was funded by USA taxpayers.

The full report may be found here. The summary FINAL REPORT: COVID Select Concludes 2-Year Investigation, Issues 500+ Page Final Report on Lessons Learned and the Path Forward includes:

COVID-19 most likely emerged from a laboratory in Wuhan, China. The FIVE strongest arguments in favor of the “lab leak” theory include:

  1. The virus possesses a biological characteristic that is not found in nature.
  2. Data shows that all COVID-19 cases stem from a single introduction into humans. This runs contrary to previous pandemics where there were multiple spillover events.
  3. Wuhan is home to China’s foremost SARS research lab, which has a history of conducting gain-of-function research at inadequate biosafety levels.
  4. Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) researchers were sick with a COVID-like virus in the fall of 2019, months before COVID-19 was discovered at the wet market.
  5. By nearly all measures of science, if there was evidence of a natural origin it would have already surfaced.

 ...

A lab-related incident involving gain-of-function research is most likely the origin of COVID-19. Current government mechanisms for overseeing this dangerous gain-of-function research are incomplete, severely convoluted, and lack global applicability.

...

EcoHealth — under the leadership of Dr. Peter Daszak — used U.S. taxpayer dollars to facilitate dangerous gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China.

...

NIH’s procedures for funding and overseeing potentially dangerous research are deficient, unreliable, and pose a serious threat to both public health and national security.

...

The “science” never justified prolonged school closures. Children were unlikely to contribute to the spread of COVID-19 or suffer severe illness or mortality. Instead, as a result of school closures, children experienced historic learning loss, higher rates of psychological distress, and decreased physical well-being.

...

Dr. Fauci’s Senior Advisor, Dr. David Morens, deliberately obstructed the Select Subcommittee’s investigation, likely lied to Congress on multiple occasions, unlawfully deleted federal COVID-19 records, and shared nonpublic information about NIH grant processes with EcoHealth President Dr. Peter Daszak.

USA Spending To Oblivion

USA spending statement, as published by Treasury Department, is huge. It shows a giant leap in medical spend. Along with interest on debt, USA inflation is going to ramp up. Even if USA stops gifting taxpayer funds to Ukraine and NATO, the medical spend and ongoing budget deficit are going to consume the federal government.

Argentina voted for significant change last year, and it has been painful and is working out well for them. Javier Milei has put Argentina on a path to prosperity.

U.S. Army Hates Christians

The big federal government continues to crack down on personal choice and personal expression. Now the Army is suspicious of Christians and calls them terrorists. Maybe the CIA terrorists should be scared that JFK murder victim documents will soon be released.

Army faces fresh heat over security briefing that labeled pro-life groups as ‘terrorists’

... an effort to target and blackball conservative and Christian service personnel for their political and religious opinions. ...

Included in the list of “threatening” organizations were legitimate advocacy groups such as the National Right to Life, the largest and oldest pro-life group in the country.

Didn't Prevent Infections, Side Effects

At a recent hearing about Covid treatment safety, the former director of the CDC said the shots do not prevent infection and should never have been mandated. Dr. Robert Redfield was former director of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

“There was not appropriate transparency from the beginning about the potential side effects of these vaccines, and I do think there were inappropriate decisions by some to try to underreport any side effects because they argued that would make the public less likely to get vaccinated” Redfield testified.
...
“They never should have been mandated,” he said. “It should have been open to personal choice. They don’t prevent infection, they do have side effects.”
...
“The FDA should release all of the safety data they have,” Redfield replied. “I was very disappointed to hear that they’re planning to hold on to that [safety data] until 2026,” he continued.

How Do Massive Conspiracies Remain Secret?

3M managers and scientists and C-level executives knew of the dangers of "forever chemicals" for decades. 3M continued making the product, water and land and people's bodies are contaminated because it was kept secret. This is why people believe conspiracy theories - it's happening in board daylight over decades, and nobody does anything to stop it.

ProPublica has a write-up about the toxic chemical cover-up by 3M insiders.

Decades ago, Kris Hansen showed 3M that its PFAS chemicals were in people’s bodies. Her bosses halted her work. As the EPA now forces the removal of the chemicals from drinking water, she wrestles with the secrets that 3M kept from her and the world.

Biden Hates Innovation

The SEC, which has refused to publish rules concerning cryptocurrency, has been on a rampage against the crypto-blockchain industry. The latest SEC action is to make it overly expensive for regulated banks to hold client's cryptocurrency for safekeeping. The House of Representatives and the Senate voted to over-ride this latest SEC nonsense. Biden pledged to side with the SEC and did veto the resolution, so Biden hates innovation.

United States President Joe Biden has vetoed a resolution that would have overruled the U.S. Securities and Exchange CommissionJoe Biden has vetoed a resolution that would have overruled the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Staff Accounting Bulletin (SAB) No. 121. The controversial decision was immediately met with criticism from the cryptocurrency industry.

Illegal Invaders Are Great Swimmers

New York Mayor Eric Adams described illegal invaders as excellent swimmers illegal invaders as excellent swimmers. Presumably Mayor Adams was referring to the illegal river crossing to sneak across the USA southern border. Mayor Adams went on to say the illegals could be employed as lifeguards at under-staffed municipal swimming pools.

Mayor Adams calls migrants ‘excellent swimmers,’ possible lifeguards

New York Mayor Eric Adams ... made the comment after he was asked Tuesday at a briefing about the city’s lifeguard shortages ahead of Memorial Day weekend and the summer season.

“How do we have a large body of people that are in our city, in our country, that are excellent swimmers and at the same time we need lifeguards — and the only obstacle is that we won’t give them the right to work to become a lifeguard,” the mayor said.

Pfizer's Emergency Medicine Proved Useless Two Years Ago

The drug companies like Pfizer and prescribing doctors made a lot of money on this worthless treatment. In December 2021 the FDA's Patrizia Cavazzoni turned on the money hose for Pfizer.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: FDA Authorizes First Oral Antiviral for Treatment of COVID-19

U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued an emergency use authorization (EUA) for Pfizer’s Paxlovid (nirmatrelvir tablets and ritonavir tablets, co-packaged for oral use) for the treatment of mild-to-moderate coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in adults and pediatric patients ...

“Today’s authorization introduces the first treatment for COVID-19 that is in the form of a pill that is taken orally — a major step forward in the fight against this global pandemic,” said Patrizia Cavazzoni, M.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research.

In April 2024 the New England Journal of Medicine published a report which showed the Paxlovid drug was useless in treating Covid.

Nirmatrelvir for Vaccinated or Unvaccinated Adult Outpatients with Covid-19

Among the 1288 participants who received at least one dose of nirmatrelvir–ritonavir or placebo and had at least one postbaseline visit, the median time to sustained alleviation of all targeted Covid-19 signs or symptoms through day 28 was 12 days in the nirmatrelvir–ritonavir group and 13 days in the placebo group, a difference that was not significant (P=0.60).

...

From August 25, 2021, to July 25, 2022, a total of 1296 participants underwent randomization and were included in the full analysis population (Figure 1), and 1288 received at least one dose of nirmatrelvir–ritonavir (654 participants) or placebo (634 participants) and had at least one postbaseline visit.

The study was run in 2021 into mid-2022. The results were available later in 2022 to show that Pfizer's Paxlovid did not work for treating Covid. The FDA has not updated the press release of their emergency use authorization, and has not apologized for giving false hope to those suffering Covid. Why were the results of the study not published for NEARLY TWO YEARS? During the past two years Pfizer continued to be paid for a treatment that does not work. The FDA should be reprimanded and lose some funding.

Worldwide Bankers Hate The People's Money

The European Central Bank, in an article authored by Ulrich Bindseil and Jürgen Schaaf, declare Bitcoin a failure. If people create and use their own money as a store of value and medium of exchange, the ECB will find it difficult to run endless inflation.

They say, "... the fair value of Bitcoin is still zero." The value of the euro will trend to zero and the Europeans will do their frequent currency cancellation when moving to a digital state-controlled currency. In the meantime, Ulrich and Jürgen will try to hold on to their taxpayer-funded jobs a little longer.

Never Nikki

Neocon Nikki Halley can't beat a ghost at the election polls. Nikki took 2nd place behind NONE OF THE ABOVE.

Nikki Haley is trounced by the ‘none of these candidates’ option in Nevada’s Republican primary

Nikki Haley was swamped in Nevada’s symbolic Republican presidential primary as GOP voters resoundingly picked the “none of these candidates” option on the ballot in a repudiation of the former U.N. ambassador who is the last remaining major rival to front-runner Donald Trump.

Why AP called the Nevada GOP primary for ‘None of these candidates’

The Associated Press declared “None of these candidates” the winner at 12:01 a.m. based on initial vote results that showed it with a significant lead over Haley in seven counties across the state, including in the two most populous counties. At the time the race was called, “None of these candidates” led with about 60% of the vote. Haley trailed with 33%.

Natural Disasters now have human responsibility

The United Nations is expanding it's scope by opining that humans are now responsible for natural disasters. Probably worthwhile to spend money preparing for natural disaster response, rather than funding the fat bureaucracy of the United Nations.

Why are disasters not natural?

The truth is, there is no such thing as a natural disaster.
...
A natural hazard, such as a hurricane, earthquake, or flood, only becomes a disaster when it impacts a community that is not adequately protected, and whose population is vulnerable as a result of poverty, exclusion or socially-disadvantage.

United Nations has largest donor being the taxpayers of USA. Council on Foreign Relations says USA owes more money to United Nations and being the number one donor is not enough!

In 2023, the United Nations assessed the United States’ share of the regular budget at 22 percent and its share of the peacekeeping budget at 27 percent; however, the U.S. Congress caps contributions to the peacekeeping budget at 25 percent, leaving the United States in arrears

Financial Wordsmiths At New York Times

New York Times prints word drivel possibly wrote by an intern with named Jeanna Smialek.

US Inflation Kept Slowing At End of '23

Consumer price data released Thursday showed Federal Reserve officials, the White House and American households that inflation continued to slow at the end of 2023, capping a year in which the price increases bedeviling families and policymakers cooled in earnest.

Prices overall climbed more quickly in December than November on a yearly basis: 3.4 percent versus 3.1 percent previously ...

Inflation "continued to slow" and also "climbed more quickly". New York Times and Ms. Smialek are shameless mouthpieces for big-government and socialism. While this newspaper prints confusing pablum, the politicians know that lower gas prices and higher stock index prices make consumers feel good. Let's see if stock market number go up with gas price number go down can be maintained into the elections theis Fall.
