MF Global's Jon Corzine Is Connected

Jon Corzine, who directed the implosion of MF Global and theft of customer money, was the prior Governor of New Jersey.  Jon Corzine was a big Obama fundraiser.  We now learn Corzine had Bill Clinton on his payroll.

This is simply paying for political access.  Since Corzine didn't have the required financial approvals to be running a financial firm, his political connections allowed for him to bypass the rules.  Jon Corzine is the 1%; his being a Democrat is not relevant to theft of customer funds and political influence.

Clinton Collected $50K Per Month From MF Global

A former MF Global employee accused former president William J. Clinton of collecting $50,000 per month through his Teneo advisory firm in the months before the brokerage careened towards its Halloween filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
