TSA Has Their Own Kangaroo Court

The TSA (Thousands Standing Around), Transportation Security Administration, has their own tribunal to determine if those who pay the TSA tax on airline tickets are guilty of violating TSA's own rules.  This is a bizarre system.

Why are the rulings from the kangaroo court anything more than simply suggestions?  Of course the TSA's own court found a person guilty, even after a federal court didn't find the person guilty!

A couple years ago, we wrote about a guy named John Brennan ... who decided to strip naked at a TSA screening area in an airport to protest the screening process. As we noted, a federal judge acquitted Brennan on First Amendment grounds, noting that he was engaged in a public protest, and that the nudity was a form of protected expression, not subject to indecent exposure laws.

No matter, apparently, for the TSA, who just went ahead and fined Brennan anyway ...
