Covid-19 Vaccine Injury Claims Using Special Limited Process

The vaccine injury tribunal is funded by a per-dose tax, which allows vaccine manufacturers to avoid product injury lawsuits. The tribunal has procedures for reviewing claims, including documentation of a healthy patient before administration of vaccines.

For Covid-19, the standard vaccine injury tribunal is not being used. Instead, the little-known Countermeasure Injury Compensation Program is used to deny claims for payment.

A ‘black hole’ for COVID vaccine injury claims

As RenĂ©e Gentry, director of the Vaccine Injury Litigation Clinic at the George Washington University Law School put it, COVID vaccine claimants have two rights: “You have the right to file,” she said. “And you have the right to lose.”

... almost no one gets anything. Since the program’s inception in 2010, only 29 claims have been paid, with an average payout of around $200,000. (Ten additional claims won approval but were deemed ineligible for compensation.) The other 452 claims -- 91.4% -- were denied.

Biden Admin Pardons NY Governor Cuomo

NY Governor Cuomo forced known corona virus (Covid 19) carriers in to nursing homes. This quickly spread the infections to the vulnerable and at-risk persons in the nursing homes, which led to a large spike in unnecessary deaths. Morally this was effectively murder by Cuomo.

President Biden's Department of Justice drop the ongoing investigation into these planned virus infections in nursing home by Cuomo, which effectively pardows Governor Cuomo for purposeful and intentional harm and death.

Biden DOJ drops civil rights probe of Gov. Cuomo over nursing homes and COVID-19

The Department of Justice has decided not to investigate whether the civil rights of residents in New York’s government-run nursing homes were violated by Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s controversial admission policy related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a letter Friday, the DOJ’s Office of Legislative Affairs told US Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), ranking member of that House Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, that New York was off the hook in connection with potential violations of the Civil Rights of Institutionalized Persons Act.

Wikipedia Creator Gives Up On Wikipedia

Larry Sanger was the co-founder of Wikipedia. He is now warning people to not use Wikipedia because it is biased and rejects non-conforming ideas.

Larry spoke about his rejection of his Wikipedia creation here. It is scary when political correctness, effectively book burning, has thoroughly controlled the narrative and tone of social media. In Larry's article, Wikipedia Is More One-Sided Than Ever, he thoughtfully wrote about "neutrality", the Trump narrative, and multiple Biden family insider dealings.

Virus Gain Of Function Reasearch by USA

This 2012 National Institutes of Health abstract describes gain of function research on the H5N1 virus. The virus is described as "can cause morbidity and mortality in humans". When will it be time to remove funding from dangerous government agencies?

German Court Finds Youtube Illegally Censoring Speech

Youtube, Twitter, and Facebook are aggressive in pushing their narratives and preventing other voices from publishing on their platforms. A German court fined Youtube for censoring speech. People were already protesting in the streets about Covid lockdowns, and Youtube removed a video of one of the protests.

Germany Fines YouTube Six Figures for Removing Video of Anti-Lockdown Protest

A German court is ordering YouTube to pay a $118,000 fine for removing the video of a protest against Covid-19 lockdowns filmed in Switzerland last year.

A regional court in Dresden ordered to pay the 100,000 Euro fine last week more than a year after the company ran afoul of German laws. The court ordered YouTube to put the video online in May 2020, a month after YouTube removed it, but the company took weeks to comply. YouTube unsuccessfully argued the video violated its policies on Covid-19 “misinformation.”
