The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing system administration duties and mentoring junior and mid-level staff. These duties include, but are not limited to, installation, monitoring, backup/recovery and tuning. The successful candidate will work effectively with a team of System Administrators to maintain uptime, consistency, scalability and performance while meeting business needs. We are seeking a team player with the ability to work effectively with System Administrators, DBA's, Programmers and Analysts to complete tasks in a timely manner. This position requires expert technical capability, high energy, and strong problem solving and communication skills; and compensates accordingly.
