World Health Organization is expanding their vaccine tracking application into a worldwide travel restriction application. China will approve of this type of tracking of everything to monitor everybody, as China already limits travel for anyone who does not have an acceptable social rating.
WHO taps T-Systems to build a global Covid vaccine app
The WHO is setting up a gateway for this purpose. It enables QR codes on electronic vaccination certificates to be checked across national borders.
